3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through secure payment options available on our website.
4. How long does delivery take?
We usually ship orders within 3โ5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but typically takes 5โ10 working days after dispatch.
5. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged or defective on arrival. You must notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos. Custom or altered items are non-returnable.
6. Do you offer customization or stitching?
Currently, we offer ready-to-wear items only. Custom stitching may be introduced in the futureโstay tuned!
