Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• To request a cancellation, email us at elloraethnics@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• For prepaid orders, the refund (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear, but we understand things can go wrong. Here’s our exchange policy:

✅ Eligible for Exchange If:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Size issues due to incorrect selection by customer.
• Minor color variation due to lighting/screen display.
• Products that are on sale, customized, or altered.
• Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery.

🔄 Exchange Process:

1. Email us at elloraethnics@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
   • Order ID
   • Photos of the product and issue
2. Our team will verify and approve your request.
3. You may be asked to courier the item back (shipping at customer’s cost).
4. Once received and verified, we will initiate:
   • Replacement of the same product, or
   • Credit note for future purchase (if replacement not available)

• We do not offer refunds except in case of cancellations before dispatch.
• We do not provide reverse pickups at the moment.
